Practical guide

Kitchen and bathroom handover cleaning

The areas that usually benefit most from a detailed, agreed cleaning scope.

1. Kitchen worktops, cabinet fronts and reachable appliance surfaces can be included in the quote.
2. Bathrooms are planned around the visible condition of tiles, fittings and storage.
3. A written scope helps both sides understand what is included before the visit.
